Did you know yuzu flavored chili is a very traditional and popular seasoning in western Japan? Among the many variations of local products, “Yuzu Tonkarashi” is secretly enjoyed by gourmet people and chefs. Now, we proudly introduce it as our own product to the world. We follow a master maker’s recipe and use only the best quality ingredients from Japan.
Yuzu Kosho is a spicy, hot Japanese condiment made from yuzu rind, chili and salt. It is a rough paste with a citrus flavor. A speciailty of the Kyushu region of Japan. There are two kinds. Green Yuzu Kosho is made from green yuzus and green chili peppers, while orange Yuzu Kosho is made from yellow yuzus and red chili peppers.
